By sending a form or booking a call you confirm that what you state about yourself and your company is correct. We reply on working days. Terms, timing and price are fixed in a separate agreement.
RestoAudit.ai, nexx.business and our other products run under their own terms, and the links lead to their own sites. Third-party system names are used only to describe integrations and belong to their owners.
The texts, diagrams, designs and research on the site belong to IT Hospitality SIA. You may quote them with the source named and a link to the page. Copying the site or parts of it wholesale is not allowed.
We keep the information accurate, but it can go out of date. ITHS is not liable for decisions taken on the material of this site alone, without a conversation.
We may update these terms. The version in force is always published on this page, with its date.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. We settle disputes by negotiation and, failing that, in a Latvian court.
