To answer your request and hold the call. To prepare a proposal and an agreement. To do the project work. To improve the site - only if you allowed analytics.
Your consent - for forms and non-essential cookies. Preparation and performance of a contract - for project work. Legitimate interest - for protecting the site and keeping a record of enquiries.
Requests that did not lead to an agreement - 12 months after the last contact. Data under an agreement - as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires. Cookie consent - 12 months.
Contractors who store data and send mail on our instruction, under a processing agreement. Public authorities - only where the law requires. Where data leaves the EEA we use the EU standard contractual clauses.
To get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, port it and withdraw consent. Write to kt@iths.lv and we answer within 30 days. You may also contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Only the people who need it for their work have access to the data. Access to our working systems is protected by two-step verification.
