An architectural layer for modern hospitalityworking above the POS, not tied to it.

ITHS is a consulting practice and product team led by Konstantin Talikov. We design and build the operational layer that sits above the restaurant's core systems: procurement intelligence, food cost control, data classification, AI agents. Our products are POS-agnostic by architecture. We work with established platforms — starting with Syrve as our first primary integration — and we're open to integrations with other HoReCa operating systems.

Syrve is our primary implementation partner in Latvia, with an ongoing technology collaboration with Syrve Europe.

Our products are POS-agnostic by architecture — we integrate, not compete, with the platforms running the restaurant floor.

An architecture practice and a product house. Both sides reinforce each other.

ITHS is the consulting brand of Konstantin Talikov — CEO of IT Hospitality SIA (Latvia), co-founder and CEO of NEXX Ecosystem SIA. Based in Riga, working across the Baltics and adjacent EU markets.

We operate in two directions that feed each other. The practice validates what needs to be built. The products scale what the practice has learned.

This is why our public work looks different from a typical technology consultancy — we're not here to sell one platform, we're here to design the layer that makes any stack work better.

In Latvia, our implementations run primarily on Syrve — deep expertise in Syrve architecture, configuration and rollout, with all licensing engagements coordinated with Syrve Europe and the authorized dealer network.
Our products are architected to integrate with any leading POS platform — not tied to a specific vendor. Syrve is our current production integration; integration with additional HoReCa operating systems is an active priority.
Front 01
Architecture practice
Digital Architecture Audit, KPI Audit, custom AI agent development, system integration engineering. Hands-on work inside restaurant operations since 2016.
Front 02
Product team
NEXX Ecosystem, RestoAudit.ai, ITHS Gate — three products that address problems adjacent to the POS layer. All designed to integrate with any leading restaurant platform.
The bridge
Why it compounds
The practice lets us stay honest about what restaurants actually need. The products let us scale those answers beyond one client at a time.

The operational layer. Built to live above the POS — not replace it.

Three products, one design principle: solve the problems the ERP and POS layers don't address, and do so without requiring companies to abandon the system they already run on.

NEXX Ecosystem
B2B operating system for procurement.
Marketplace of suppliers, EDI integration, e-Agreements with digital signature, app market and accounting integrations. Designed as a horizontal B2B platform — HoReCa is the first and primary vertical; the architecture extends into adjacent service industries.
MVP launching mid-2026 · Wait-list open for partners
RestoAudit.ai
Automated food cost control with Price Guard.
OCR and AI Vision on invoices. Continuous supplier price monitoring. COGS alerts via Telegram. Currently delivered as a managed service (1 analyst per 20 restaurants) while the self-serve product matures.
Managed service available now · Self-serve MVP by end of May 2026
ITHS Gate
AI classification of incoming operational data.
WhatsApp messages, email attachments, invoice photos, reservation forms, supplier communications — sorted, classified and routed into structured data automatically. The entry point to the operational stack.
In production with internal clients
All three products are designed with public APIs and POS-adjacent architecture. They enrich any restaurant stack — they don't lock operators in.

Three tracks. Modular. Start with one — extend as the partnership matures.

We partner with different types of organizations in the hospitality technology space. Each track is independent — you can engage on one without committing to the others.

A
— Track A
Integration partnerships

For POS platforms and operating systems that want to offer procurement intelligence, cost control, and AI-powered automation to their customers — without building those layers in-house.

What this looks like in practice
  • Technical integration of NEXX, RestoAudit, or ITHS Gate with your platform
  • Co-marketing to your existing customer base
  • Revenue share on mutual accounts
  • Joint product roadmap for integration depth
Best fitPOS vendors whose customers are asking for capabilities adjacent to POS — and who want to add that value without expanding their own development scope.
B
— Track B
Sales & delivery support

For dealers and regional partners of HoReCa platforms who want to win larger, more complex accounts — without building architectural consulting expertise in-house.

What this looks like in practice
  • Digital Architecture Audit as a pre-sales instrument on complex deals
  • Joint proposals and co-presentation on flagship accounts
  • Project management during implementation phases
  • Access to our products for your clients on partner terms
Best fitDealers who want to move upmarket into premium restaurants, chains, and ambitious new openings — and need an architectural partner to close those deals.
C
— Track C
Ecosystem & technology

For developers, IT product teams, and service companies that want to plug into the NEXX ecosystem rather than build distribution from scratch.

What this looks like in practice
  • Listing in the NEXX App Market
  • Revenue share on shared customers
  • Favorable terms during the pre-launch window (through 2026)
  • Access to the NEXX developer documentation and integration support
Best fitAdjacent IT products — HR for hospitality, logistics, analytics, payments, wellness systems, custom AI — that want to reach restaurant and service-industry operators through a shared ecosystem.

Why a partnership with ITHS is economically meaningful.

Three things, beyond credentials, that make this partnership worth the conversation.

10y
10 years inside hospitality operations
Since 2016, hands-on with restaurant systems — implementations, sales, training, after-sale support. We know what actually closes deals and what fails at month three. Our Digital Architecture Audit methodology was built the slow way: on lost deals and honest analysis of why.
Products that solve unsolved problems
Procurement intelligence, food cost AI control, operational data classification — these sit outside the traditional POS scope. Partners gain access to capabilities their customers are starting to ask for, without building them internally.
€€
Proven client results
Restaurants on our stack in Riga: Catch, November, Madame Mei and others. Typical outcomes: invoice processing 5h/week → 20min · €400–800/mo recovered from supplier price arbitrage · food cost variance held below 1%.
We don't sell software. We design autonomy.

Building an open ecosystem — NEXX.

NEXX Ecosystem is designed as an open B2B operating system — built first for HoReCa, architected to extend into adjacent service industries (wellness, dental, beauty, spa, health). Throughout 2026 we're actively seeking technology partners: independent developers, existing IT products, and service teams that want to plug into a shared distribution surface rather than build it from scratch.

For tech partners
If your product belongs near the restaurant or service-industry operator, there's a place in the NEXX App Market. Pre-launch window terms are favorable.

A dedicated partnership landing for technology partners launches alongside NEXX MVP (Q3 2026).

Konstantin Talikov

Founder · Co-founder NEXX Ecosystem

My background is ten years of hospitality IT: integrations, implementations, sales, operational consulting. Deep work inside Syrve systems for most of that decade — which is how I learned where the real operational gaps sit, and why building the layer above the POS became the more interesting problem to solve.

I work hands-on. I configure systems myself, I write product specifications for NEXX myself, I sit in the audit sessions with clients myself. It's deliberate — architecture stays honest, promises stay realistic.

The partnerships I enter are long-term by design. I'd rather do fewer, deeper collaborations than a portfolio of shallow ones.
