Privacy policy goal is to provide the natural person – the data subject or you as the Customer – with information about the purpose, scope, protection and processing period of personal data during the data acquisition and processing of the data subject's personal data
ITHS cares about your privacy and personal data protection, respects your rights to personal data protection and the lawfulness of processing in accordance with applicable legal acts: Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, this Privacy Policy and other applicable legal acts in the field of privacy and data processing.
ITHS Privacy Policy applies to data processing regardless of the form and/or environment in which you provide personal data (www.iths.lv, on paper, electronically, by telephone, in a mobile application) and in which systems or on paper they are processed.

For what purpose and on what legal basis is personal data processed?
If you wish to receive program products or services, ITHS will request and process your data (e.g. name, surname, personal identification number, contact information, current account number, responsible persons, beneficiaries and, depending on the service, other information, such as information on the accounting system, real estate, information systems, etc.) in order to prepare a service offer, assess risks and conclude a cooperation agreement.
ITHS will request and process your personal data (e.g. information on service data and conditions of provision, video surveillance records and images, etc.) in order to assess the procedure for executing the cooperation agreement and make a decision on providing services.
Processing of personal data
ITHS will process your personal data:

- for the conclusion and execution of a contract – to conclude a contract upon receipt of your application and ensure its execution;
- for the execution of regulatory enactments – to fulfill the obligations set forth in the external regulatory enactments binding on ITHS;
- in accordance with your consent as a data subject;
- in legitimate interests – to fulfill the legal obligations of ITHS arising from the existing obligations between you and ITHS, a mutually concluded contract or the law.

- to ensure the execution of contractual obligations;
- to prevent unreasonable financial risks to its commercial activities (including conducting a risk assessment before providing services and during the execution of the contract);

- to analyze the operation of the ITHS website, websites and mobile applications, develop and implement their improvements;
- to administer the customer account on the Restoaudit.lv website and mobile applications;
- to perform actions to retain customers;
- to segment the customer database for more efficient provision of services;

To whom does ITHS transfer your data?
ITHS may not disclose confidential information about your cooperation agreement and personal data. Access to your data is only available to those employees who need it to perform their work duties. However, in cases specified by law or contract, based on your consent or in accordance with ITHS legitimate interest, ITHS may provide information to the following persons:
To an external service provider:
Restoaudit.lv works with certain external service providers to fulfill ITHS contractual and legal obligations, such as IT service providers, software manufacturers or experts.
To a cooperation partner:
Restoaudit.lv may transfer your personal data to cooperation partners related to the provision of services to ITHS clients, such as software manufacturers, IT service providers.
To other recipients:
ITHS may be obliged to transfer your personal data to further recipients, such as state and local government departments, in order to fulfill a legal obligation to notify, for example, the State Revenue Service, law enforcement authorities or supervisory authorities (Financial and Capital Market Commission, Consumer Rights Protection Center, etc.).
Does ITHS transfer your data to other countries outside the European Union?
Your personal data is mainly processed within the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area. If ITHS transfers your data to service providers outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, this will be in accordance with the applicable European Union data protection regulations.

This is a persistent cookie that remains on the computer until the cookie expires or until it is deleted by the user. This cookie records the first visit (unique visit) and the last visit (unique visit). It also includes information that allows you to track the days and number of visits related to purchases, as well as analyze customer actions at different stages of the purchase process.
__utmb, __utmc
They work in pairs, allowing you to calculate the duration of a visit. __utmb records the exact time the user enters the website, while __utmc – the time they leave the page. __utmb expires at the end of the session, i.e. when the user leaves the page. __utmc expires after 30 minutes if no new views are registered on the ITHS pages during this time.
__utmz
It indicates where the user came to the page from (search engine, link from another page, typing the address directly into the Internet browser, etc.). In addition, the cookie records the keyword that the user entered in the search engine before arriving at the www.iths.lv website, as well as the user's approximate location, which is determined based on the user's IP address. This cookie is valid for six months.

It is used to segment users.

It stores information about the country, which is determined based on the user's IP address, as well as the language used by the user during the last visit.
